Terms of Use

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NationwideHomeValues.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) What we provide

• Tools and informational content related to home value estimates and home-selling resources.
• Optional connections to real estate professionals (where available) to help respond to your request.

3) No appraisal, financial, or legal advice

Any home value information is provided for informational purposes only. It is not an appraisal, CMA, or professional advice. You should verify information independently and consult qualified professionals as needed.

4) User responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms.
• You will not use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• You will not attempt to access, disrupt, or probe our systems or other users’ data.

5) Communications

If you submit your contact information, you authorize us to contact you about your request (including by email and/or phone), and, where applicable, to share your information with a real estate professional to help fulfill your request. You can request help or changes by contacting us at support@nationwidehomevalues.com.

6) Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation (Agent Programs)

Some parts of our services are offered to real estate agents or other real estate professionals on a subscription basis (each, a “Subscription”). By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize Nationwide Home Values (“NHV”) to charge the payment method on file for the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges associated with your selected plan.

Billing Cycles, Auto-Renewal

• Billing cycle: Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually (12 months), as selected at checkout.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for successive terms matching your selected billing cycle unless canceled as described below.
• Authorization: You authorize NHV to process recurring charges at the start of each billing cycle using the payment method on file.

Cancellation Effective Date

Cancellation stops future renewals; service remains available through the end of the then-current billing period. Your Subscription will not renew after cancellation, but previously paid fees are not refunded or prorated, except where required by law.

All Sales Final / No Prorations

Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing by NHV, all sales are final. Once a payment is processed, you are committed for the entire billing cycle and fees are non-refundable and non-prorated, including for partial use, non-use, paused activity, or results not achieved.

No Guarantee of Results

NHV does not guarantee any particular number of leads, opportunities, transactions, revenue, or outcomes. Services, data, and any lead or market-related information are provided “as is” and may be subject to availability, timing, and third-party/public data sources.

Payment Failures, Past Due Accounts

If we are unable to process payment at the start of a renewal term (for example due to an expired card or bank decline), you authorize us to continue attempting to charge the payment method on file until payment is successfully processed or the account is terminated. If an account remains unpaid for an extended period, we may suspend access and/or terminate the Subscription.

In addition, if an annual plan renewal cannot be processed, we may (at our discretion) convert the account to a monthly billing cycle at the then-current monthly rate, unless prohibited by law.

Free Trials (If Offered)

If we offer a free trial, billing will automatically begin at the end of the trial period unless you cancel prior to the trial ending. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least one (1) business day before the trial end date. Failure to cancel before the trial ends does not justify a refund.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your Subscription at any time by emailing support@nationwidehomevalues.com. To avoid renewal charges for the next billing cycle, your cancellation request must be received at least one (1) business day prior to the start of your next billing cycle.

Termination by NHV

NHV reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services at any time, in its sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, non-payment, violations of these Terms, or other circumstances that may harm NHV, our users, or partners.

Service Issues

If you experience technical issues, please contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to address them. If NHV is unable to resolve technical issues, you may cancel at any time; however, cancellation does not create an expectation of a refund for fees already paid, except where required by law.

7) Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos, and content are owned by Nationwide Home Values or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content except for personal, non-commercial use.

8) Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9) Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nationwide Home Values will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nationwide Home Values and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. The effective date above reflects the most recent update.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
