We built Nationwide Home Values after spending more than 20 years in real estate and watching the same thing happen over and over: a homeowner asks a simple question, what's my home worth, and that one request gets sold off to three, four, sometimes five different agents.

The problem we kept running into

Too many online home valuation companies treat a homeowner's information as a product to resell rather than a relationship to earn. The same lead gets shared with multiple agents, who all end up calling the same person within hours of each other. The homeowner feels hounded. The agents are competing against each other for a lead none of them actually own. Nobody in that arrangement is having a good experience.

Why we built it differently

We wanted to build a platform where an agent could truly own their market instead of competing with a dozen others for the same homeowner. So every ZIP code on Nationwide Home Values goes to exactly one agent at a time, for a flat, affordable fee. No auctions, no per-lead pricing, no splitting the same request three or four ways.

That agent becomes the market partner for their ZIP: the person homeowners see, not one of several names competing for attention. And homeowners get a home value request that goes to one local professional instead of turning into a string of calls from agents they've never heard of.

Where we're headed
